      Prices by country

      How these prices work

Where do the prices come from?

From official public sources in each country: national price registers where stations must report their prices, and elsewhere official maximum, uniform or average prices, plus the EU Weekly Oil Bulletin.

      How often are they updated?

Station prices are refreshed up to every hour where the source allows it. Official maximum and uniform prices change when the authority publishes new ones, and averages are weekly.

Why do some countries have no station prices?

Not every country publishes prices per station. There we show the official national price and say which kind it is.

      Are the prices in euros?

Yes, for comparison. Countries outside the euro are converted with the European Central Bank reference rate, and the local price is shown underneath.

Can I see prices on my phone?

Yes. This page works on any phone, and the OctaFuel app adds the nearest stations, route planning and saved stations.

      Every station, in your pocket

The OctaFuel app shows these prices on a map wherever you are, plans the cheapest stops on your route and alerts you when prices drop. Free, no account.
